The South Bahamas Conference of Seventh Day Adventists suffered major damages to its communication tower during major passing hurricanes. The previously existing tower snapped during major wind loads leaving behind a mere fragment of a tower to work with. SBC in an effort to improve communication conditions, made the decision to construct a New Radio tower far exceeding the height and size of the old tower. The new tower boasts a height of 250ft above AGL with its base well embedded within a solid lime rock hill.
