Uchenna Delva is an Internal Auditor who believes in accountability and integrity. She began her journey in accounting over fifteen years ago, during which time she has spent more than five years in Deloitte as an External Auditor. While at Deloitte, she obtained her Certification in Public Accounting and developed a working knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). She has also attained more than five years as an Internal Auditor with Bank of the Bahamas where she familiarized herself with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) for Internal Auditors and is currently pursuing her Certification in Internal Audit. She prides herself in being fair and loyal and enjoys teaching and developing herself and others.
