Carmichael Village Subdivision

 The Carmichael Village subdivision is a low cost housing government development which in its full build out will provide homes to some 367 new Bahamian home owners. Ms. Ijeoma serves as the Engineer of Record responsible for the design and coordination of the installation for the project's utilities inclusive of the Construction management over the contractors hired to complete the road and utility infrastructure works inclusive of Roads, drainage, Water Sewer, Electrical and Telecom. This development has been divided into 4 phases for complete build out. Phase 1 is in the process of coming out of the ground with vertical construction while phase 2 is proceeding with the installation of underground utilities and road construction.
